Getting a copy of 2290 schedule 1 depends on how you filed your Form 2290.

If paper filed Form 2290,

You can request a copy of your Schedule 1 in two ways - i) Through Fax and  ii) Through Written Request

Through Fax 

You will have to fax a request to 855-386-5124. While requesting, you must include the previously filed Form 2290 and Schedule 1 copies along with your name, phone number, fax number, the date you filed your 2290, and the number of pages you're faxing. In addition, the request must be signed by the company's authorized individual and attach a signed cover sheet indicating Expedite Schedule 1 Request. After processing your request, the IRS will send a copy of Schedule 1 to the fax number provided.

Through Written Request

You will have to include your Form 2290 details and send a request to the following IRS address:

Department of the Treasury,
Internal Revenue Service, 
Cincinnati, OH 45999-0031.

After processing the request, the IRS will send a copy of Schedule 1 to your address.
